See Dr. Sullivan with his old-time Vega banjo on Saturday, August 30 at 10:00 AM to 12 Noon at the Doss Heritage and Culture Center, 1400 Texas Drive, Weatherford. The Doss Center will host a FREE event for kids under 11 called “Happy Trails,” as the Doss Center says goodbye to its interactive exhibit based on the Scholastic Dear America®/My Name is America® Book, “The Journal of Joshua Loper: A Black Cowboy.” |

Gary Sullivan is a certified teacher in grades 1-8, a banjo & guitar player, and a luthier (one who builds and repairs stringed musical instruments). Besides teaching guitar & banjo, Gary loves to entertain students with his banjos and other unusual musical instruments. He is also a technology specialist, and is available to support your organization or church |
with a variety of services. He is a North Texas native and has lived in Weatherford since 2002. He was the former owner of Music Crafters Family Music Center, and is a youth leader at FUMC Weatherford. |
